Do you travel for events?
Absolutely. While we’re based in Western Washington, we love planning events across the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon & Idaho). Travel is part of the magic, and we’re happy to meet you wherever your story takes us.
When should I reach out to start planning?
The sooner, the better! For weddings, we recommend reaching out 9–12 months in advance. For other events, 3–6 months is ideal. That said, we’re always happy to chat and see how we can support you, no matter your timeline.
Do you offer month-of coordination?
Yes! Our Gold Package (Month-of services) is perfect for couples who’ve planned most of their day but want a professional to tie it all together and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can you help with design and styling?
Design is one of our favorite parts of the process. We’ll work closely with you to create a cohesive look and feel that reflects your personality, story, and style, from color palettes to tablescapes.
What’s included in your planning services?
Every event is different, so we offer tailored packages based on your needs. Services may include full planning, partial planning, event design, vendor management, timeline creation, and on-site coordination.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is customized based on the scope and complexity of your event. After our initial consultation, we’ll send over a proposal that reflects your vision and planning needs.
Do you work with specific vendors?
We have a trusted network of creatives we love collaborating with, but we’re always open to working with new vendors who align with your aesthetic and values.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. We’ll walk you through our rescheduling and cancellation policies during the booking process, and we’ll always do our best to support you with compassion and flexibility.
