We specialize in Month-of Wedding Coordination, Petite Weddings, and Special Event Coordination. Whether you’re planning a wedding, intimate celebration, or milestone event, we’re here to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.

Do you travel for events?

Absolutely! We’re based in Western Washington and proudly serve the South Puget Sound and surrounding areas. We also travel throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho for weddings and special events. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

When should I reach out?

The sooner, the better! We recommend reaching out 6–12 months before your wedding to secure your date. Planning a petite wedding or special event? We’d love to hear from you as soon as you have a date in mind.

Do you offer month-of coordination?

Yes! Month-of Coordination is our signature service. About six weeks before your event, we’ll take over the logistics, communicate with your vendors, create your timeline, coordinate your rehearsal, and ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.

Can you help with decorating?

Yes! We’ll set up your personal décor on the day of your event according to your vision and instructions, so everything is ready before guests arrive.

What’s included in your coordination services?

Every event is unique, so we tailor our services to your needs. Coordination services may include vendor communication, timeline creation, ceremony rehearsal, décor setup, on-site coordination, and managing the flow of your event from start to finish.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing depends on the type and scope of your event. After your consultation, we’ll recommend the package that best fits your needs and provide a personalized proposal.

Do you work with specific vendors?

We love working with both trusted vendor partners and vendors you’ve already selected. If you’re still building your vendor team, we also offer vendor sourcing as an add-on service.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens. We’ll review our rescheduling and cancellation policy during the booking process and will always do our best to work with you whenever possible.
