Terms & Conditions.
By booking services with With Love & Co., you agree to the terms outlined in your service contract, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and responsibilities of both parties. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and retainer. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. For full details, please refer to your individual contract or contact us directly.
1. Booking & Deposit
a. To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of signing the service agreement. This ensures that your event date is exclusively reserved and that planning services may begin.
2. Payment Schedule
a. 30% deposit due at time of booking
b. Remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to the event date
c. Custom payment plans may be arranged upon request and must be agreed to in writing
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event: All payments made are non-refundable, due to the planning time already allocated and potential lost business.
b. In the event of rescheduling, your deposit may be applied to a future date within 12 months, based on our availability.
4. Scope of Services
a. Each package includes only the services outlined in the agreement. Additional services or hours requested outside the scope of the selected package may incur additional fees, to be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
a. Clients agree to provide timely responses, accurate event details, and all necessary documentation as requested. Delays in communication may impact planning timelines and final deliverables.
6. Vendor Relationships
a. While we recommend and coordinate with trusted vendors, we are not liable for the performance or product of any third-party vendors.
7. Force Majeure
a. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, governmental orders, or other events outside our control. In such cases, deposits may be credited toward a rescheduled date, based on availability.
